The classes primarily concentrate on traditional cooking and seasoning of the Moroccan cuisine with a big emphasis on health cooking and wellness.

A menu was designed for every day with purpose to expose students to the different methods of sauce making and cooking. More items will be discussed each day during the preparations of the main topic. Students are encouraged to participate and ask questions.

All sessions are hands on experience and all is welcome.
